Thermador - they tend to break, I am completely satisfied with my Thermador cooktop. He has always gone wrong (one or more burners) do not work, or gas or combustion. Luckily, I bought a warranty service, but it is not very helpful, as different service providers who came to fix have to wait sometimes up to 6 months to get spare parts! If I could do it again I would buy another brand, but never Thermador! It is not the model I bought a model similar to that in the month of April 2005 (No burners stars). The two burners at low left me in December 2007. The appliance repair man said it was the control mechanism of the computer that went wrong ... $ 215 for repair (20% of the purchase price). We used one of these burners almost every day, but the other was used an average of about a dozen times a year. I think something like this should last no longer than 2.5 years. Unless you rehauled control over the computer, I would recommend buying another brand when I contacted the customer to try to get some help (a manual copy) told me I could buy a huh (? They have a lot of downloads to your site!) and, sorry, could not help with the repair. Terrible customer service and I told them so. As much as I paid for Thermador and reputation, I expected more. I will never buy another product Thermador long as I live. You've been warned. Best I've used / had my Thermador Miss a lot! I sold my custom home (I myselfin built in 2004) w/sgsx36 it. Moved to spec house (I built the side) W / Jen-Air, big mistake. I'm going to air and waste Jen start another Thermador!.
